Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Syren Shop, an ICON HEALTH SCIENCE Exclusive Store. Please review our guidelines on returns and refunds. We are here to help with any further questions you may have!
You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the packaging seal intact.
In the rare instance you’ve had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately. Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise.
Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
Only items purchased on Syren Shop may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from a third party retailer cannot be returned or exchanged via the website, and must be taken back to the original point of purchase.
